So much has happened in such little time!! This week has been action packed and I have had so many new experiences, I just had to blog about them!!!

First and formost I would love to give a shout out to my co-worker Jill... she always makes me look like such a good employee in front of my big boss!!! I know you are reading this Jill and I want you to know the love I have for you is " Deep and wide, Deep and wide there's a fountain flowing deep and wide..." and any other song from the grade four Sunday School Department!

Secondly I would like to express my love for my BEST FRIEND IN THE WHOLE WORLD... the one and only SUSAN!!! We live so many miles apart but my heart is with her right now... can you feel it Susan??? Can you feel it beating??? Can you??? She and I are on the road to Summertime skinnyness!!!!

Well now about my exciting week!!! I ate some pretty interesting food this week. I ate pig ears. Yes that doesn't sound great, however, it is really good... that is once you have gotten over the fact you are eating pig ears!!! What they do is chop them up fine and deep fry them. They are rather crunchy and make a very nice snack. Then I went out for supper and ate Sushi... that was great!!! I always thought sushi had to be raw fish, but I had chicken, shrimp, cabbage, beef and anything else that was cooked first. It was great!!! I also had bubble tea for the first time. It was so good and quite the experience!!!

I used to play competitive basketball but over the year I have slowed down to coaching or just shooting around... well well well... "WENDY GOT HER GAME BACK" I have been playing so much lately and it's been great!!! I have some friends that honestly play evernight for hours... I go now and play. It's a different kind of ball, I would venture to say it's the way ball was intended to be played. I play with philipino guys and they are so fast. It's a super fun game. You don't have to be amazing becuase it's almost like no one on the court stands out. It's such a team thing... always moving... always setting screens... and if you have the shot, take it!!! I think i'm going tonight again!!!

The weekend was spent in Carman. I brought some youth from Portage La Prairie to a youth night there. It was great because I got to know some youth (which I really miss being invloved in) and I got to see my nice friends from Carman!!! Over all my week has been great!!!
